Microgreens have officially launched here at Lil Ryley Farms!
These small greens offer offer a giant punch when it comes to flavour. Each micro has a distinct taste and can provide everything from peppery, spicy, earthy, or even extreme sweet. They can be a great additional to just about any meal but they are definitely a family favourite in a salad, on a burger, in a sandwich or wrap.
Besides flavour these little guys have something else going for them...
They are full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Some are extremely high in protein and fats while others are high in Vitamin A, B6, C, E and even Iron.
We can truly not say enough amazing things about these greens as we continue to love and embrace their flavours as we experiment with all of them!
